Who He Was
a LGBTQ+ drama focusing on suicide-prevention and awareness
LGBTQ+ and mental health topics have always been personal for me. Both inspired me to write and fully create this drama revolving around the loss of one closeted teen and the ripples that can have on everyone around them. Robert, the father of the recently lost teen Blake, and Jordan, the queer partner now left partnerless, come together to discover their own biases, prejudice, and guilt have clouded their perception of who the real Blake really was. My intention in writing this was to show audiences that people are capable of changing and moving forward, even when the worst possible trials come our way. The short film will be released in spring 2025 to the festival circuit. The script and story have already garnered laurels from Barnstorm Fest 2024 for making the prestigious short list.
Scriptwriter / Production Manager
for Hardpin Media's Telly Award-Winning Climate Action Campaign series
While managing the production logistics for a series of upwards of 20+ unique deliverables, I also assisted in the scriptwriting process for a number of storyteller videos in the Climate Action Campaign series produced during my previous work with Hardpin Media. Producers and I would workshop ideas and scripts with one another, punching up ideas and text until it was client-ready. Upon receiving client notes, we would tweak as necessary until we had sizzling copy for our storytellers that was personally tied to the stories they had shared with us.
Playwriting Teacher
at South Park Theatre
I have had the pleasure of starting and teaching the playwriting class at South Park Children's Theatre for ages 12-18 for the past two years. We cover play formatting, character development, scene beat analysis, fundamental story structure, and much more. At the conclusion of the 7-week workshop course, students showcase their original scenes for parents and friends. The scenes were performed by local actors in the Pittsburgh region.  If you are interested in similar writing classes, please reach out to discuss how I may be of service at your theater, company, school, etc.

The White Cat
a children's play
Based on the French fairytale of the same name, The  White Cat is a  children's play adaptation of the tale. The first production was held during the 2016 season of South Park Children's Theatre, directed by Sandy Boggs in Pittsburgh, PA. On top of being the playwright, I also had the pleasure of creating the role of the prince's manservant "Harry". The White Cat was also the final show in the 2022 season of South Park Children's Theatre, directed by Jeff Boles. Shadow Minds
a web series
After personal struggles with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts, I decided to explore those internal demons by writing, producing, and directing a web series where not only do we feel such negative emotions within us, but those negative emotions take shape outside us as well. With inspiration from shows like Stranger Things and Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Shadow Minds follows a Scooby gang determined to uncover what exactly these shadowy manifestations of fears and anxieties are up to. Crewed by incredible peers of mine while at Emerson College, the first season was honored with the 38th EVVY Award for Outstanding Field Television Series and a nomination for the 39th EVVY Awards as well. The series is available on YouTube.

I am open to collaborate or discuss creative ideas that you may have. If you are interested in my writing and would like to see what else I have to offer, please reach out!
